From Airport: ""Once you collect your bags, please go outside through any exit door. Cross the road (go to the second line) and send the driver a message indicating the pillar/column number you are standing next to (e.g., 22, 32, 42 in ter 3 and A, B, C, D in ter 1)."
To Airport: "The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
