Meeting and pickup
The driver will carry a welcome sign on behalf of the customer and will meet the customer at a pick-up area outside the terminal. LGA Airport: Upon arrival, the representative will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign with your name and the logo of our transportation company. Our meeting point is always at the exit of the terminal, our representatives will be properly uniformed and with a badge. Please go to: Terminal “C”: Curbside pick up 10A -10B 11A- 11B 12A-12B 13A-13B Terminal “B” The customer will go through the tunnel to the car service area. Pick up K1-K3 PICK UP J1-J3 Terminal B cannot pick up the arriving customer must walk to the car service area. Terminal “A” pick up area (Green) Note: Remember to download WhatsApp on your phone and contact POLITTAN . for your assigned driver's phone number. Do not leave the building without first contacting the driver.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
