Pick up instructions: From Airport: "Terminal 1: Pickup takes place in the arrivals area, right in front of the Go Natural café in the main hall, before the baggage claim area (photo attached). Drivers will be lined up holding a sign with the customer’s name or logo. Terminal 2 (A, B, C): Pickup is in the arrivals area. These are small terminals, so it is important for passengers to follow the signs carefully. Terminals B and C are connected internally by a tunnel, which can cause confusion and lead customers to the wrong location if they do not pay close attention to the signage." To Airport: "The driver will look for you in the hotel lobby or at the agreed pick-up location. Please make sure to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
