Meeting and pickup
Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 should proceed to Gate 7 and wait directly beneath the sign. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 should proceed to Gate 3 and wait directly beneath the sign. All passengers in CDMX will be contacted in advance, and we will send notifications to ensure better coordination and avoid any missed pickups. Return point: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
