Arrival: Terminal 1 – Domestic Flights (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, etc.): Exit through Door 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, go up to Level 2 (Uber/Lyft zone). The driver will wait there or will contact you to confirm the exact location. Terminal 3 – Domestic Flights (JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, etc.): Take the elevator to Level 1, exit through Door 48, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Once there, contact the driver. Terminal 3 – International Flights: Go up to Level 1, exit through Door 51, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Then contact the driver. Departure: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please make sure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
