Pick up intructions from airport:
"One of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the terminal, just past the arrivals gate. Our staff will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Please note: As this is a shared service, it may take up to 20 minutes to assign a driver.
To ensure a smooth transfer and avoid confusion, please go directly to the sign with your name.
Important: Shared transfer services operate from 07:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The following hotels have limited access for drop-off directly at the entrance due to vehicle size restrictions or road conditions (e.g., poor road quality or overgrown vegetation):

• Lodge Altitud
Hotels located in the Solor area will have drop-off at the entrance of the area, and those in the Collo area will be dropped off at the Sequitor roundabout."
