Pickup details:

DEPARTURE: The day before your departure, you must contact our operations team to confirm your exact pickup time and receive the details of your assigned driver. For shared transfers, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes from the agreed pickup time. After this, the service will be marked as a no-show. Note: We recommend being in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. REMINDER: Pickup times will be assigned, as these are shared services. Please note that shared services operate from 07:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
