Pick up instructions to airport:
"The day before your departure, it is mandatory that you contact the operations team to confirm your exact pick-up time and receive your assigned driver's information.
In the case of shared transfers, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. After this time, it will be marked as a no show.
Note: We recommend you to be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your transfer.
REMINDER: Departure times will be assigned, as these are shared services and we remind you that shared services are available from 6:40 am to 9:00 pm."

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
