Pickup details:

ARRIVAL: One of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the terminal, just past the arrivals gate. Our staff will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please note: As this is a shared service, it may take up to 20 minutes to assign a driver. To ensure a smooth transfer and avoid confusion, please go directly to the sign with your name. Important: Shared transfer services operate from 07:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The following hotels have limited access for drop-off directly at the entrance due to vehicle size restrictions or road conditions (e.g., poor road quality or overgrown vegetation): • Sami Atacama Lodge • Naturalis Hotel • Lodge Atacama Horse • Casa Los Duendes • Lodge Altitud Hotels located in the Solor area will have drop-off at the entrance of the area, and those in the Collo area will be dropped off at the Sequitor roundabout. DEPARTURE: The day before your departure, you must contact our operations team to confirm your exact pickup time and receive the details of your assigned driver. For shared transfers, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes from the agreed pickup time. After this, the service will be marked as a no-show. Note: We recommend being in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. REMINDER: Pickup times will be assigned, as these are shared services. Please note that shared services operate from 07:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
