This will help us to speed up the process and guarantee a faster and more organized transfer, remembering that the waiting time after your flight landing is 35 minutes at the airport.
The following hotels present access difficulties to drop off passengers directly at the entrance. This is because, due to the size of the assigned vehicle, it is not possible to enter for reasons such as roads in poor condition or excess vegetation that limits the passage:

To Airport: "The day before your departure, it is mandatory that you contact the operations team to confirm your exact pick-up time and receive your assigned driver's information.
In the case of shared transfers, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. After this time, it will be marked as a no show.
