In:The driver/representative will be waiting for you at the exit of the airport, outside the building with a sign with your name. Out:Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

What to expect

IN:The representative will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name once you exit the baggage claim area, near the car rental modules. As you exit, you will see two automatic doors. On the left side, you’ll find the module labeled Xelbor Transfer, where you need to register. After registration, the driver will guide you to your assigned vehicle. This module is located next to the arrival and departure screens. To ensure efficient coordination, we recommend contacting your destination operator via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to your transfer.

OUT:Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
