Airport arrival instructions: Prior to your arrival, our operator will contact you hours before your transfer to improve communication and ensure a smoother experience. At the Punta Cana airport, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the meeting point at the airport. He will be holding a sign with your name on it. Meeting point: Terminal A: In front of the ''Welcome to Punta Cana'' mural, after crossing the restrooms. Terminal B: At the cafeteria ‘'El Refugio’'. Our representatives will be waiting for you at the meeting points. To facilitate your transfer and avoid confusion, please go directly to the corresponding meeting point. Important: We ask you to avoid stopping inside the airport with people outside our company. This will help us to speed up the process and guarantee a faster and more organized transfer, remembering that the waiting time after your flight lands is 60 minutes at the airport.
