Meeting and pickup
From Airport: A representative will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point, holding a sign with your name. Meeting Points: Terminal A: In front of the “Bienvenidos a Punta Cana” mural, past the restrooms. Terminal B: At the “El Refugio” café. To avoid confusion and ensure a fast and smooth transfer, please go directly to the corresponding meeting point. Important: Do not stop to speak with people outside our company inside the airport. This will help us provide faster and more organized service. Please note that the waiting time after your flight lands is 60 minutes. To airport: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

• At arrival your driver/representative will be holding up a sign with your name on it at meeting point described in the voucher
• At departure your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 10/15 minutes in advance.
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Free cancellation (24 hours in advance)
• Not paying extra money. All costs included (taxes, fees, tips, tolls, etc...)
• 1 luggage per passenger

- Specialized infant seats are available
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
