The pilot is Iva Rusinova - the most popular race driver in the field of drifting and the first woman in the disciplines "Time Attack" and "Drifting" in Bulgaria. Drift means "slip", "slipping" . It refers to make the car lose traction and demonstrate complete control over it until it slides. The most important thing is to show both high speed and large steering angle.
