- You must present the voucher only at the "Main Entrance Group Counseling Office". The voucher will be exchanged for a ticket upon presentation.
- All tickets (Seoulland, Zoo, Lift) can only be exchanged at the Group Counseling Center at the main entrance of Seoulland.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged at the zoo and lift ticket booths.
- The closing time is subject to change depending on the festival schedule and Seoulland conditions. Please recheck the time before visiting.
- Ticket exchange hours are 10AM ~ 5PM, and ticketing is not available after closing.
- EDM Stage may be canceled without prior notice depending on outdoor weather and conditions.
- Please note that during the winter season, outdoor activities may be restricted for the protection of animals. In addition, some rides in Seoul Land may be subject to inspection without prior notice for safety reasons. We would like to inform you in advance that this may cause inconvenience in use, so please understand.
- 2026/06/23, 07/14, 08/25, 11/24 - Sky Lift will be suspended for safety inspections and will not be available during these dates.
- You can re-enter only on the same day. If you need to go out of the park and re-enter, please inform the staff at the entrance before you leave.
