- The jjimjilbang is available 24 hours a day. However, the sauna facilities are closed daily from 00:00 AM to 06:00 AM for cleaning. (The jjimjilbang area remains available during this time.)
- Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to enter.
- Re-entry is not allowed after exiting.
- Infants under 12 months old may enter free of charge.
- Bringing alcoholic beverages or outside food is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed inside.
- Except for infants, boys taller than 100cm (aged 4 years old and older) are not allowed to enter the women's sauna. (The same rule applies to girls entering the men's sauna.)
- Children of a different gender from their guardian may enter the sauna area together only if they are 99cm or shorter and under 47 months old.
- Entry may be restricted for guests who may pose a risk to others, including those with mental health conditions, contagious skin diseases, or those under the influence of excessive alcohol.
- From 22:00 PM to 05:00 AM, minors visiting without a guardian are not permitted to use the facilities.
- Additional charges will apply for stays exceeding 24 hours.
- Please take care of your locker key and personal belongings. Valuables must be stored at the front desk. We are not responsible for any loss or theft caused by personal negligence. A compensation fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for lost locker key.
- Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner when using the sauna, or purchase disposable products available on-site.
- During peak hours, entry may be delayed or restricted due to overcrowding at HILL SPA.
- Notice regarding entry restrictions during peak seasons and event periods: During large-scale local events (such as concerts and festivals) and holiday periods, sales and use of the 24-hour pass may be restricted depending on on-site congestion. Related information will be announced in advance.
