It shultle is from La Fortuna (Arenal) to San José, Costa Rica’s capital, San José, is in the Central Valley. It has world-class museums, parks, hotels, theaters, and historic buildings. It’s an extensive plain, guarded by majestic volcanoes and green hills, honoring the natural richness that exists throughout the national territory.
How will I find the bus at my hotel? Our driver arrives at the lobby or reception; he identifies himself and asks for passengers; when found they are taken to the vehicle and helped with their luggage.
The routes are direct or have connections? In all our transfers there will be a rest stop for passengers and the driver this stop may be connection point or vehicle change depending on the destination. Those passengers who need to make connection to continue your journey please be sure to have all of your luggage and personal belongings to leave the minibus; the driver will move your luggage to the next vehicle.

What to expect
Our daily shuttles offer a safe, convenient, and economical way to travel in Costa Rica. Shuttle service is a shared transportation option in an air-conditioned minibus (or coaster) between popular destinations.

- Transportation of additional luggage, or large items are not included in the price and must be arranged ahead of time . Each extra luggage will be charged.
- If you are travelling with children under 12 years old, you should know that the use of baby car seat or booster is mandatory in Costa Rica.
- For security reasons we do not accept cash. All reservations must be paid before your service date.
- For any reason, including flight delays, the passenger does not appear at the place and time set, Green Line Costa Rica charged 100% of the amount by no show.
- The “pick up” time established in the reserve may vary due to traffic jams or delays while waiting for other passengers.
- Pets are not allowed on buses (except for guide dogs accompanied by their owners).
- Green Line Costa Rica not responsible for lost or abandoned in the vehicles during the journey.
- Green Line Costa Rica not responsible for schedule changes in transportation, delays or accidents or natural disasters.
- Green Line Costa Rica can change or cancel any service for reasons beyond our control such as strikes, weather conditions, war or local guerrillas, public demonstrations, natural disasters or acts of terrorism. In either case we will do our best to make the customer reach your destination if possible, but no refunds will be given for such situations.
