Passionate about cooking and learning. Our experienced chefs are ready to share their knowledge with you. You will learn with them the tricks of the pros and the little secrets of Moroccan cuisine.
Your Master Class will be provided by a trained and experienced chef who will offer you an advanced course of at least 6 hours, with the aim of teaching you how to make local recipes, traditional dishes of Moroccan gastronomy or more current recipes and while enriching this workshop with explanations of products, traditions and customs.
After the practical cooking class where you will have a hand in preparing two, three or four dishes (vegetarian option available) you will sit down to enjoy this meal, before receiving a certificate of honorary success.
A minimal knowledge of cooking and these basic fundamentals is desirable to participate in our Master Class workshops. Do not hesitate to ask us if you want to make a specific recipe.

You'll visit the royal palace, Mellah (the Jewish neighborhood), a pottery coop, Medersa Attarin, and the tanneries. Explore the markets, observe artisans, and experience real community life with stunning views and photo opportunities.
