What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We offer pickup and drop-off services throughout Busan. We specialize in pickup and drop-off services at Busan KTX Station and Busan International Airport (PUS).
What to expect
○ From Incheon Airport
1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed.
2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways.
- Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate.
- You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot).
3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance.
If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you.
4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost.
○ From Busan Airport
1. Your driver (or driver team) will guide you to the meeting place.
2. Driver team provide real-time support.
○ From Busan Station
1. Your driver (or driver team) will guide you to the meeting place.

○ From Busan Hotel
1. Driver team will contact you one day before the tour.
2. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time
○ please be sure to provide your hotel departure time and the train number you have booked.

- The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person.
(Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.)
