The experience also includes a pairing with a selection of authentic Piedmontese culinary delights, including traditional Piedmontese plin dumplings with Grana (parmesan) cream, bread served with butter and anchovies, vitello tonnato (cold veal with tuna sauce) and a delicate "Bacio di Dama" cookie/biscuit made with Vermouth 1889.
