First, visit Wat Mahathat, where you'll see the famous Buddha head enveloped by tree roots. Next, explore the ruins of Wat Phra Si Sanphet, once part of the royal palace complex and known for its striking white chedis.

Continue to the Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, a beautifully maintained summer residence of Thai kings. Its mixture of Thai, Chinese, and European architecture makes it a picturesque stop.
