The time has been specifically chosen to allow you to stop for lunch while learning the art of cheese.
We will immediately start with the preparation of your cheese (You will cook, break the curd, squeeze it in the gauze and finally place your cheese in the appropriate basket.) and while waiting for the curdling we will inspect the cheese from Italy with lots of curiosities and useful information .
We will proceed with the preparation of the tray...form Apulian burrata to the creamy cheeses of the mountains, pecorino cheeses and truffles of Tuscany and Parmigiano Reggiano, to arrive at the unusual cheeses refined by expert selectors.
