Walk across lava flows or ascent to volcanic cones to find spectacular craters, lava tunnels, lava lakes, and other breathtaking features. there are many reptile and bird species well adapted to this surprising life conditions. These are some reasons why this park was classified as Bird Special Protection Area. The volcanic structures are well-preserved due to Lanzarote's arid climate slows down vegetation, leaving the volcanic landscape a self-endowed volcanology museum.
