What to expect
Come and enjoy a unique moment of exceptional food & wine pairing tasting, combining fine Bordeaux wines with iconic delicacies of French excellence!
During this workshop, you will taste and pair 5 Fine Bordeaux wines (including 3 Classified Growths and old vintages) with :
• Caviar,
• Sturgeon with caviar rillettes toasts,
• Artisanal foie gras,
• Artisanal dried duck magret,
• Cheese,
• "Bean to Bar" chocolate made in Bordeaux
Each pairing will be an opportunity to talk about the tasted products, their history, and the reasons why we propose each combination. We have specially selected products and producers of excellence, artisanal, local, and great wines for interesting pairings.
