Just steps away from the Duomo and the luxury shopping district, this area blends heritage with contemporary energy. It's the perfect setting to taste local flavors while understanding how Milan evolved from medieval trade hub to global business center.
Close to here we will make a food stop in one of the oldest and most historically layered corners of Milan. Piazza San Sepolcro reveals the city's Roman origins and medieval soul, hidden behind the bustling main streets. Close to the ancient Church of San Sepolcro, built over the Roman Forum, this area connects visitors directly yo Milan's 2000- year history. While enjoying a local speciality, you will discover how deeply rooted the city's identity truly is.
Here we will make another stop! In Milan oldest neighborhood, the charming Cinque Vie District. This maze of narrow streets once formed the heart of the Roman city and today blends artisan workshops, antique dealers and refined boutiques. It is an intimate and authentic side of Milan, far from the main tourist paths. Tasting traditional products here means experiencing the city where craftmanship, creativity and historic coexist.
Here last stop and tour ends. Near the impressive Colonne di San Lorenzo, one of the most striking Roman remains in Milan. These ancient columns, dating back the 2nd Century, stand in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo as reminder of the city's roman past.
