What to expect
Experience three signature adventures in one private full-day tour. From Belize City, travel about 60 minutes to Altun Ha. After a restroom break, explore the Maya archaeological site on a guided walk of about one hour.
Continue about 75 minutes to the cave-tubing and zipline area. After a safety briefing and equipment fitting, ride the ziplines through the tropical forest canopy, then enjoy a Belizean lunch of rice and beans with chicken.
Receive your helmet with headlamp, life jacket, and tube, then hike about 20 minutes through the rainforest. Your guide points out local plants and explains the importance of the caves to the ancient Maya. After a safety briefing, float through the cave system for about 40 minutes; timing may vary with river conditions.
