Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

The meeting point is at the statue of Khoja Naseriddin (man on donkey) which is located near Lyabi Haus Pool. Please look for our driver holding a sign with our company name

End point

At the end of your tour, you will be dropped at the parking lot of Gur-Emir Mausoleum in Samarkand. We will drop you at your hotel if the total number of participants in a group is less than 6 persons.

    Day 1

    Transfer from Bukhara to Asraf village

    At 9:00 AM, depart from meeting point to the village of Asraf. The journey takes 4,5 hours. Upon arrival in Asraf, settle in the homestay and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic 2.5-hour horse ride to the neighboring village of Eski Forish. In the late afternoon, you may watch or join your hosts in the preparation of traditional meals.

    Ride from Asraf to Hayat village

    After breakfast, start riding to Hayat village. On the way, see the Lake Aydarkul and the Kyzyl-Kum steppe from distance. Upon arrival in Hayat, settle in the local homestay. In the afternoon you take a short horse ride to the village of Uhum. The total duration of today's ride is 5 hours. Enjoy your dinner with host family.

    Ride from Hayat to Majerum village

    Your morning starts with a 3-hour horse ride from Hayat to the village of Majerum. You’ll explore the ancient arbour vitae tree, steeped in local legend, believed to have been planted by the soldiers of Alexander the Great during his Central Asian invasion. Arrive at the welcoming Muhammad Ali homestay, owned by Mr. Koldosh, a local farmer. In the afternoon, once you have settled into your homestay, a 2-hour horse ride to the Nature Reserve awaits.

    Ride from Majerum to Sentob and transfer to Samarkand

    On this final day, you’ll ride from Majerum to Sentob village, a 5-hour journey exploring the ancient sites of Sentob on horseback. Enjoy a hearty lunch at a local homestay to conclude your horse riding adventure. The tour ends in the village of Sentob.

    Samarkand

    In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to Samarkand, a 4.5-hour drive away. Our driver will drop you at your hotel or at the tour ending point.
