Departure Fast Track
Our friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a location agreed in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a company logo. They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included. This will speed up your exit from Thailand without any delays. If required they will also escort you to the VAT refund center. After escorting you past fast track and immigration, they will show you to your gate.
Departure Fast Track with Lounge Access
VIP Lounge with comfortable seating, complemented with light refreshment, fresh fruit, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. To release the stress on long flights, our VIP Lounge is also equipped with shower facilities and Massage chairs. Internet Wi-Fi connection, newspapers and magazines in various languages are also available to all VIP Lounge Guests. Maximum 2 hours use of the lounge.

- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
