Our guide will take you out from Bangkok and visit the old capital city of Thailand “Ayutthaya” where you will learn how to cook local Thai food Ayutthaya’s style.
Thai cuisine has always stressed a delicate balance between the four difference tastes: sour, salty, sweet and last but not least, spicy hot. Thai food is every versatile and adaptable to suit almost any palate.
An experienced chef will show you, step-by-step the secrets behind 4-5 authentic Thai recipes. After which, you’ll be able to cook them again when you get home as we select only ingredients that can be readily found in your own country. After the class you will enjoy the food that you cooked.
After lunch continue to various temples in Ayuthaya which once was Thailand's ancient capital from 1350 to 1767. Explore the historical park by Tuk Tuk to visit some more temple including Wat Phanancheong, Wat Mahathat, Wat Phrasri Sanphet, Wat Lokaya, Wat Chai Wattanaram etc before returning to Bangkok.
