- The height of the wall of Yuki-no-Otani varies depending on the climate.
- According to the climate, venue of Snow Otani Walk may became less than 10 Degrees Celsius. Please make sure to bring with you a warm jacket.
- The single room guaranteed plan is 3,000 japanese yen more than the standard plan
- In case of adverse weather, Tateyama Toll Road will not be accessible, schedule will be changed to city sightseeing in Kanazawa(Kanazawa Castle Town, Higashi Chayagai, Omicho Market etc.). In this case participants will receive JPY 1000 each as refund
- Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge, but do not have seats on the bus (on laps). If necessary, please make a reservation for 3 years old.
- The return journey to Osaka or Nagoya Station will be around 7:00～7:30 p.m.
- There are departures from Osaka and Nagoya, so make sure you choose the right one.
- If there are fewer than 15 participants, the tour will be canceled. In this case, Viator will contact you via email or chat approximately 10 days in advance, so please be careful.
