Full day tour to Kulen National Park where you will see the water, River of 1000 Lingas and a large reclining Buddha. We’ll have lunch nearby and then head to Kampong Phluk Floating Village in the afternoon.
Phnom Kulen, a sacred mountain tied to Cambodian history and spirituality. Along the way, pass peaceful countryside where Khmer villagers live traditionally, with stilted houses, rice fields, and lush landscapes offering glimpses of authentic rural life. Phnom Kulen, regarded as the birthplace of the Khmer Empire, remains one of Cambodia’s most revered pilgrimage sites. Explore the River of a Thousand Lingas with sacred carvings symbolizing fertility, the giant reclining Buddha carved into sandstone, and the refreshing Kulen Waterfall, where locals often bathe and relax. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch and rest before continuing to Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake. Visit Kompong Phluk, a fascinating floating village built on stilts above the water. Depending on the season, houses tower above or float with the lake level. A boat trip reveals daily life on the water—fishing, schools, and temples—creating an unforgettable cultural and natural experience.
