What to expect

We will discover the traces of the past and for this we will head north to Puerto Natales. At just over 25 km, we will begin a day of exploration walking through the Archaeological Park located inside the Ernesto Helmer Estancia.
The tour allows you to get views towards imposing mountains, crevasses, eaves and valleys. In the sector it is possible to access the inns of condors that dominate the skies and once we achieve the summit we will get a spectacular panoramic view towards the Eberhard Firth, Señoret Canal and also towards the iconic Sofia Lagoon.
Cerro Benitez is part of an archaeological and paleontological sector that houses cave paintings of approximately 3,500 years. We will visit the cave of the window and then on the south east side we will enter the hidden cave, where we will enter with front lamps and tip and elbow. This cave is approximately 4 meters high and its size is approximately 70 square meters. In it we can observe millennia of stalactites that were formed by the accumulation of salts and minerals due to the filtration and dripping of constant water for thousands of years.
