Sample four local white wines—Verdeca, Bianco d’Alessano, Minutolo, and Locorotondo DOC. Each wine is served with handmade taralli and local olives, offering a simple yet authentic taste of the region.
Option 2 – Complete Journey
Embark on a full food and wine experience with four local wines, each matched with a regional dish: Locorotondo DOC white wine with tomato frisellina, Rosé with focaccia, Red wine with cured meats and cheeses, and a sweet Red wine served with focaccina fracida—a traditional dessert filled with quince jam and walnuts.
