Is a very much hands on cooking class and in this very private experience you will discover and enjoy the traditions of local cuisine, how italians cook for themselves and not for tourists, for this reason the class starts with a visit at the most famous and old local market of the city, to shop our fresh ingredients, before we go to enjoy the class in a private house.
You will learn difference between short and long pasta, when and why we use them and the different seasonings, gnocchi, pizza, also the difference between dry and fresh mozzarella, when to use one or the other. We are in the country of Basil, pesto sauce is made by basil, but not the common one, the ligurian one, very much different in size, color and parfume and this is only an idea of the amazing day you will experience!

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
We will prepare the gnocchi, the tomatoes sauce and we combine them in a pan with tomatoes sauce and melted mozzarella cheese
Trofie with pesto sauce
This is a typical Ligurian dish. I will show you how to prepare the trofie and we prepare the the pesto sauce in an original marble mortal.
Home Made Tagliatelle with meatballs
We will prepare the tagliatelle as fresh pasta and also the meatballs to be fried and then cooked in the tomatoes sauce.
Fried Pizza
For Pizza lovers! This is a traditional south italian dish. Pizza will be fried and seasoned with tomato sauce and mozzarella directly in the pan.
Tiramisù
This is the most famous and typical italian desert. I offer the traditional recipe or the lemon flavoured one.
