Please be ready for your hotel pickup at least 5 minutes the confirmed time given when you make your booking. Transportation is shared and vehicles pickup and drop-off at a variety of hotel. Please consider that we will also pickup other guests on the way- should you not be present at the pickup time, unfortunately our drivers are unable to delay the transportation. Sometimes traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions may cause us to arrive a little late, we ask you to kindly wait should this occur.
