Suttle transportation is free and available from all hotels in Los Cabos. Please be ready for your pickup at least 15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. If you are not present at the indicated pick-up time, we will have to leave without you. The driver cannot delay the transport, as we may have to pick up other guests on the way. If we do not show up on time, it is due to traffic delays or inclement weather, Please understand and be patient if this happens
