For Tulum, transportation is provided only from official designated meeting points. Please note that we are not able to pick up directly from hotels, Airbnbs, private villas, or residential addresses in Tulum.
This local arrangement helps us keep the service organized, punctual, and reliable for all travelers. You will simply need to meet our driver at one of the approved meeting points below.

Large Groups in Tulum
For bookings of 8 or more participants, we may be able to offer a private pickup directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or villa in Tulum, subject to availability.
To arrange this, please send us your accommodation details and WhatsApp number so we can confirm the pickup time and logistics.
Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras
Pickup from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras is included at no additional cost.

Puerto Morelos
Pickup from Puerto Morelos has an additional cost of $10 USD per person and is only available on Mondays and Fridays.
