Meeting and pickup
Pickup Times: - Playa del Carmen: 7:30–8:00 AM (1 hr) - Tulum: 8:45 AM (15 min) "There is no pickup at hotels, only meeting points" - Parking: Super Aki (free & small) or Chedraui (payment & bigger) - Staff: Green shirts and caps - Van: White or gray, no logo Note 1: Delays can happen—traffic, weather, or late guests. We appreciate your patience. Note 2: No hotel pick-up in Tulum. Check the nearest meeting point to your stay.
The pickup point is at the entrance to Super Aki Tulum. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation time.
