Chief Magistrate Frederick Young and his wife Mary host this dinner to honour His Excellency, Governor General Denison who is making yet another visit to the island. A young English surveyor from Sydney is found washed up on the cove southeast of Point Hunter. The Mystery begins.

What to expect

Step back in time for the evening to 1859 - 3 years after the arrival of the Pitcairn Islanders in 1856. The scene is set on arrival as you will dine in Kingston's elegantly restored No. 9 Quality Row building (when available) while you help solve the mystery of ‘Who Killed the Surveyor?’ You are the audience and the actors on this tour as the events unfold and the story is woven through a delicious 3 course meal. As a participant, taking the reins of the story is a fantastic way to become immersed in Norfolk's history in an entirely different way. BYO!
