07:00 - 07:30 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel northeast to the province of Chiang Rai.
08:45 AM: Enjoy a quick stop at Mae Kajan, a bubbling hot spring where you can soak your feet and relax before the day of sightseeing ahead.
10:45 AM: Visit the White Temple, also known as Wat Rong Khun. This impressive structure features intricate architecture and depicts a gleaming white vision of heaven. The temple was inspired by themes of angels and life after death, with a pool surrounding the building symbolizing the small river between earth and heaven. 12:00 PM: Stop for lunch with a Thai buffet menu.
1:15 PM: Visit the Black House Museum, known locally as Baan Dam Museum, owned by the renowned Thai artist Thawan Duchanee. Discover this mysterious place that houses over 10,000 fascinating items including wood crafts, silverware, and antiques collected from Thailand and around the world.
2:30 PM: Visit the Blue Temple, or Wat Rong Seua Ten, which translates to "temple of the dancing tiger." It was built on a site where tigers were said to have jumped over the river.
