For airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting at the arrival area holding a name sign for easy identification. Clear pickup instructions and contact details will be shared in advance to ensure a smooth meeting.

Please provide your flight number, arrival time, and hotel details so we can coordinate your transfer accurately. If your flight is delayed, simply inform us — we will adjust the pickup accordingly.

For hotel pickups, please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Our driver will arrive promptly and assist with luggage.

Pickup and drop-off services are available for hotels within Kathmandu city (inside Ring Road). Transfers outside this area can be arranged with an additional charge based on distance.
