Trekkers pass through diverse environments—from pine forests and traditional Tibetan-influenced villages to high alpine landscapes in Manang. The adventure reaches its ultimate highlight when crossing the legendary Thorong La Pass at 5,416 meters, one of the highest trekking passes in the world.

Another unique feature is the visit to the sacred Muktinath Temple, an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. The journey ends with a scenic descent through the windswept Kali Gandaki valley to Jomsom, offering stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges before driving to Pokhara.

What to expect

Your adventure begins with a drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, the gateway to the Annapurna region. The next day, continue by local jeep or bus to Chame, where the trekking portion of the journey begins.

Over the following days, trek through beautiful alpine forests, dramatic valleys, and traditional Himalayan villages such as Pisang and Manang. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and surrounding peaks while gradually acclimatizing to the altitude.

The highlight of the trek is crossing the famous Thorong La Pass at 5,416 meters, one of the highest trekking passes in the world. From the pass, descend into the Mustang region to reach the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath Temple, revered by both Hindus and Buddhists.

The journey continues with a scenic trek through the ancient village of Kagbeni before reaching Jomsom. From here, travelers drive through the Kali Gandaki valley to Pokhara, where the adventure concludes beside the peaceful lakes and mountain views.
