Sundarijal Chisapani Nagarkot Hiking-3 days
Day 1: Sundarijal to Chisapani
Starting 15 kilometers north of Kathmandu, the journey commences in the scenic village of Sundarijal. The day's hike, lasting 5-6 hours, winds through the dense forests of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, culminating in the quaint village of Chisapani. Along the way, hikers can relish in the rich biodiversity, including playful monkeys and elusive deer.
Day 2: Chisapani to Nagarkot
Day two is marked by a 4-5 hour hike from Chisapani to the renowned Nagarkot. As a vantage point boasting unparalleled Himalayan views, Nagarkot is a haven for those chasing breathtaking panoramas, with sights of Mount Everest gracing clear days.
Day 3: Nagarkot to Kathmandu
After enjoying sunrise over the Himalayas, take a short morning walk before driving back to Kathmandu. If time permits, a complimentary 2-hour stop at Bhaktapur can be included before returning to your hotel — a perfect cultural ending to your journey.
