- This private luxury transfer starts at 9:00am. If you want a different start time, you must inform us before the road trip. You can choose a time between 7:30am and 11:00am. Trip starting after 11:00am has no stops or visits and will be a direct trip. If you want another time. Let us know, we are here to help.
- LUGGAGE POLICY: From 1 to 3 travelers (Luxury Car): The maximum luggage allowed in the luxury car is 2 large suitcases plus 1 medium-sized suitcase. Please pack accordingly to ensure comfort and space. From 4 to 7 travelers (Luxury Van): Luggage capacity varies depending on the number of passengers. The van can accommodate more bags, but excessive or oversized luggage may not fit comfortably. Important: Oversized items such as surfboards, large sports equipment, or bulky objects cannot be transported in either vehicle. Please notify us in advance if you have any oversized or special baggage to ensure we can accommodate your needs or advise you accordingly. Excess baggage is your responsibility.
- PICK UP AT AIRPORT INFORMATION: Any flight delay or cancellation is entirely the airline's responsibility.
- There is a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes for pick-up at the hotel or address indicated. If you do not arrive at the indicated pick-up location given by you at the indicated time. Without any warning or message or response to our messages. It will be considered "No Show" and no amount will be refunde
