Capture the magic of the Midnight Sun in summer! Photograph stunning Alaska landscapes with technical and creative support provided by local, professional photographer guides who know where to be and when. This tour is designed to accommodate picture takers, but non-photographer guests are welcome to join in and enjoy the views. Natural history and historical narratives are provided along the way. Departure is based on sunset to capitalize on the best light of the day. The tour begins three hours before sunset and concludes one hour after sunset. A flexible itinerary allows for spontaneous stops to photograph wildlife en route and to highlight seasonal changes.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Anchorage Hotel pickup is available upon request. We only pick up at an Airbnb if it is near a hotel in the Downtown, Midtown, or Spenard areas. No pick up is available in Eagle River, Chugiak, or Girdwood. Guests at those locations will need to meet at a designated location.

An accidental wetland that was created by the construction of the Alaska Railroad, it is now one of the area’s most active migratory bird nesting sanctuaries. Here, we will be viewing and photographing migratory birds and wildlife.
