    St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika)

    You will be surprised by this basilica, dedicated to Saint Stephen I, first Christian king of Hungary. You will discover the Holy Right-handedness, the curiosities of the dome, the relationship of the temple with Puskás and its religious importance. Nearby, next to the Statue of the Policeman, you will immerse yourself in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Compromise of 1867 and the popular legends of touching his moustache or belly.

    In Freedom Square, the weight of the word “freedom” in Hungarian history will be deepened. Also here you will find the statue of Ronald Reagan and, on the way to Parliament, the figure of Imre Nagy and the 1956 Revolution.
