What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick up and drop off at your exact location. Standard rate applies to services in San Juan only. For services to other towns like Dorado (Dorado Ritz Reserve), Rio Grande (St. Regis Bahia, Hyatt Regency Grand, Wyndham Rio Mar), Fajardo (El Conquistador), ect additional fees (starting at 150.00 R/T) will apply and is subject to availability. There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving instant confirmation for services booked outside of San Juan.
What to expect
For your return trip, meet your driver at the same location of your arrival drop off (unless requested differently). Your friendly chauffeur will ensure that you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport or San Juan Cruise Port with plenty of time before your departing time.
Service will be provided on a Mercedes Benz V Class (1 - 6 passengers) or Mercedes Benz Sprinter (7 - 14 passengers). Vehicle assigned will be the most appropriate based on amount of passengers and vehicle availability.
When making a booking, please provide all flight/cruise details and the full address of your accommodation.
Children under 6 years must use car seat. We can provide them at no extra cost, but must be requested upon making the reservation. Same day requests will not be accepted.
Please note this service is for SAN JUAN ONLY. Transportation to other towns is available at an additional cost. Pelase contact us before booking.

- Please Note: Transfers between 10:00pm and 7:00 am have an additional $10 charge per person paid directly to driver.
- Transfers to towns outside of San Juan/Metro area are subject to availability and additional fees will apply (starting at $150.00 roundtrip): price will vary on location and amount of passengers. There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving instant confirmation for services outside of San Juan. Please contact us for more information.
- Child's car seat can be provided at no additional charge (must notify with anticipation)
- Surcharges will apply for multiple drop-offs, waiting time or additional stops
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. Cash and credit cards accepted.
