    07:15–07:45: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Meet our guide at the lobby and depart for Ninh Binh. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive with a short break along the way.

    10:15: Arrive in Ninh Binh and visit a local farmer’s house. Enjoy traditional tea and peanut candy while learning about Vietnamese farming life, the VAC model (Garden–Pond–Cage), and family worship culture. 12:00: Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch.
