For arrival transfers, your driver or airport representative will wait at the designated meeting point at Chiang Mai International Airport with a sign showing your name. After meeting you, they will assist you to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer you directly to your hotel in Chiang Mai Town.
For departure transfers, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time and transferred privately to Chiang Mai International Airport.
This service is suitable for couples, families, senior travelers, and small groups who prefer a smooth private transfer instead of waiting for taxis or arranging transport after landing. Please provide your flight number, arrival/departure time, hotel name, and luggage details at the time of booking so the team can coordinate your pickup correctly.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Please advise your entire flight schedule (including all flight details from your home location) at time of booking so that your driver will be waiting for you at the correct terminal.
- Roundtrip option: We will advised the departure pickup time for you once booking confiremd.
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
