From Orlando Hotels:

Your driver will meet you directly at the main entrance lobby of your hotel at the scheduled pick-up time.

Look for a professional driver holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name clearly displayed.

Please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed departure time to ensure a timely start.

From the Kennedy Space Center (Return Pick-Up):

Your driver will meet you at the Designated Guest Pick-Up Zone, located near the Visitor Complex main entrance.

The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name so you can identify them easily.

If you are unsure of the exact location, please follow signs for “Guest Pick-Up/Drop-Off” or contact your driver directly (contact information will be provided in advance).

Important Notes:

All transfers are operated in comfortable SUVs that can accommodate up to 6 passengers per vehicle.

For groups larger than 6, multiple SUVs will be arranged.

Please provide a valid mobile number so the driver can reach you if needed.

Vehicles can hold up to six (6) passengers.

You will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
