Kathmandu airport arrival or departure services (One time only service i.e. either arrival transfer or departure transfer per booking) from airport to hotel, or from your hotel and back to airport by a comfortable private vehicle with our experienced driver. This service is from/to Tribhuvan International or Domestic Airport in Kathmandu.

If you are arriving then the buzz of the Kathmandu city immediately hits you as you drive to your hotel passing along busy streets, narrow lanes, lines of shops, busy traffic etc. During departure as well you go through the busy Kathmandu city.

Tips for visa:
- Suggest to fill up the online visa form from Nepal Immigration website.
- Bring US$ cash for visa fee as per your duration.
- Go to cash counter for visa fee payment and then to immigration counter for visa.

Our driver will pick up from your hotel and drop to airport either domestic or international. OR Our driver will pick up from domestic or international airport and transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu city.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

Kathmandu airport arrival service (Domestic or International Terminal): For the airport arrival pick-up process, upon arrival and after visa issued, you will come out at the 'Arrival Area' outside; this is where you have to look for your name-sign which our driver shall be holding. There will be also many other name-signs with other tour operators awaiting for their guest but you need to look for your name-sign. Our driver shall be holding your name-sign with your name written clearly in bold letters. After meeting our driver, he shall transfer to your booked hotel. Please avoid any other person who is requesting you to help with your luggage or trying to give you information as this may result in asking for extra money in the end.

Or if you wish to book departure transfer then:

Departure to Kathmandu airport (Domestic or International Terminal): For the hotel to airport departure, our driver shall meet at the hotel's lobby as per your given timing then transfer to the airport and drop at the 'Departure Gate' for your onward flight.

Time: Both arrival/departure duration is from 20 minutes to 1 hour depending upon the traffic condition, hour of the day, place of your stay.
