Pozitivno- lokacija, apartmen gleda na dvoriste, izuzetno tiho u centru grada. Negativno- kupatilo je izuzetno malo, za jedno nocenje ok, ali za 3 ititira; stan vrlo povrsno ociscen, meni je to pokvarilo utisak kompletno; frizider ne otvarati.
